She has a strong ability to streamline processes to maximize efficiency and foster professional relationships within organizations. Born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia, Randy has been a Professional Educator of over 20 years. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Norfolk State University and Master’s Degrees from Cambridge College and Regent University.
During a professional development in 2014, Randy was introduced to Restorative Practices. He immediately realized the impact Restorative Practices could have on teachers, students, and eliminating the school to prison pipeline. Following his passion of being a practitioner of Restorative Practices, Randy became a certified trainer through the International Institute of Restorative Practices and Restorative Strategies LLC.
